I have recently been shopping at Free People because they have the absolute cutest clothes. Although they are a little pricey you truly do get great quality pieces. For those of you who are on a college budget and or just like to spend your money on better things, there is a lot of other routes that you can take other than purchasing from the actual retail store. First off, you can go to a second hand store such as Clothes Mentor or Platos Closet. I have been to both places to sell clothes and have seen a lot of name brand stuff that is literally so cheap. I sometimes even come across things that are still new with tags! Another way to get high end items for a low budget price is to try the app Postmark. It is a great way to also sell things that you may no longer want. Who doesn’t like some extra money in their pockets? If you have any questions feel free to message me or comment below!

I love dressing up in the winter time because I can wear all of my really cute accessories. I feel like in the summer you’re so limited because it is always sooo hot! Sometimes it can be tough trying to throw an outfit together that incorporates this scarf but after purchasing these shoes they make the best OOTD and go together perfectly!
Jeans: Nordstrom Rack
Now that we are finally in the month of December I decided to participate in Blog-Mas. If you are not familiar with blog-mas I basically will just be uploading a blog post every single day up until Christmas! So keep checking back here daily. I will be posting hauls, home decor, and fashion so you won’t want to miss it. That being said, if you know me you know I am all about my sweatpants and hoodies so this outfit speaks for me. I could honestly wear this type of stuff every single day and be incredibly happy, lol.
Jacket: Some store in the Houston Airport (If I can find it I will add it in here)

Happy Tuesday but more importantly happy Thanksgiving week! Is anyone else overly excited for Thanksgiving? I feel like a lot of people skip over Thanksgiving and jump right into Christmas time. I am not exaggerating when I say that my entire neighborhood is basically already ready for Christmas by having their lights and decorations set up. I do have my tree up but that is only because it is aesthetically pleasing and I like to look at it haha! I like Thanksgiving though but mainly because I am excited to shove my face with food without being judged, lol. This year I am going to my uncle’s house with my Dad’s entire family. When I say that there is a lot of us there is A LOT of us. With it being that many people sometimes we hang outside so it stresses me out trying to find a cute outfit to wear. What else is new? But that is where this cardigan/jacket comes in. I recently purchased this from Nordstrom and I love it. It is super comfortable as well as super cute so it will work perfect for my Thanksgiving OOTD.

Happy early Thanksgiving…I hope you all have a great turkey day!
The weather has officially started feeling like we are getting closer to winter. I thought I would be a little happier that the temperature has dropped but now that I am living in it, I miss the warmth. This will be my last post on fall outfits and next week will be the beginning of winter on the blog. I have a lot of things planned for the next two months that y’all will love. So stay tuned!

The past couple of weeks I have been so busy with work and school its unreal. That being said, I just started my last advanced class so I will only be posting once a week now. I have a lot of great content for the next couple of months so stay tuned! On top of keeping up with my busy life I am now the head of social media content for the Historical Society where I live, so that will be another thing added to my list. I like being busy though so I can’t really complain, lol. Anyways, as for this outfit I am so obsessed with how it turned out. I have recently purchased some things from LuLaRoe and it is honestly the most comfortable clothes I have ever worn. This dress is one of the things I bought and I added a little knot to give it some more character. I paired it with my booties from Nordstrom and a boho hat from Target to top it off!
